Powerwave Technologies was once a global telecommunications company serving the wireless network industry. It declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2013.
While Powerwave’s rugged VersaFlex equipment shelters were utilized in many telecommunications settings, they also served on oil rig platforms, military sites, and in other industries. Their products were designed to protect equipment in all-weather conditions.
